Welcome to yogaspot
yogaspot offers you a simple way to practice more yoga each week. We know from personal experience that all of us would love go to our class every day – but our busy schedules don't always allow us to do so.
Our goal is not to replace going to a studio, or working with an instructor. Instead, we want to give you a way to practice even more yoga, when it's convenient for you.
Our classes are free, and range from 5 to 60 minutes in length. There's something for everyone – from the beginner who's just starting out, to on-the-go people who need a flexible solution to expand the ways they can practice yoga.
